Here at Toyota of Charleston, located at 2100 Savannah Hwy Charleston, SC 29414, we've talked a lot about Toyota happenings, new models, concepts, and initiatives, but we also have to think about our other new inventory: Scion vehicles. If you don't know much about Scion, it's Toyota's youthful brand that was constructed in 2002 to build fuel-efficient, "purely-priced," vehicles with funky designs and a whole lot of personality.
One of the newest Scion vehicles is the 2012 Scion iQ. This Scion has everything a "Y" Generation driver would need (as well as any tech-savvy driver, for that matter). Technology features include a 6-speaker audio system with MP3 hookups, Bluetooth capability, USB and auxiliary input, Satellite Radio, and an Auto Sound Levelizer. In short, it has the features of a much more luxurious car in a small, inexpensive package (starting at less than $17k for the base version).
The Scion iQ is best described as a micro city
car with 3+1 occupant seating. Though it looks small on the outside, the iQ is
quite roomy on the inside due to its boxy exterior. As Reid Hugh of Nanaimo
Scion explains, "Scion has hit its mark. . . It's the perfect urban
commuter for the buyer who just wants to get around town without affecting
their budget. The iQ is a fun to drive and fun looking
car."
