According to the Best Companies Group, our dealership is among 60 other companies throughout the state that are being recognized as the best places to be employed, and we couldn't be more proud.

Every year, the Best Companies Group organizes a statewide program in order to determine the best places to work in South Carolina. This is the 11th year the program has been in place, and awards were given at a ceremony on August 4, 2016.

Since we have more than 250 employees here at Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston, we fell into the Large Employer Winners category. In order to qualify, we were required to complete a survey regarding our company's policies, benefits and demographics. Then our employees responded to statements on a five-point scale, from strongly agree to strongly disagree, with regards to what it's like working here.
